(Black cards, black cars, black on black, black broads
Whole lotta money in a black bag, black strap: you know what that's for)
Unlimited credit, expensive cars, some girl on girl action, and some nice black gentlemen along to enjoy the ride. Oh, and they have some money too.
These images of blackness (no-limit credit cards, beautiful women and tons of possibly illicit money) are counterbalanced by a hint of violence: the black “strap” (gun). This use of the color black in a variety of contexts is the defining motif of this album.
When the hook is repeated at the end of the song, the line “black strap, you know what that’s for” segues into “Murder” (part of “Murder to Excellence”), which discusses black-on-black crime.
