Pro-tools is Apple software used to edit music. Wale is telling these exaggerating artist to rap about themselves but do it with style so that pro-tools agree (make a real song but make a GOOD song)

This could also be a subtle dig at all the ravaging online bloggers/critics that Wale often disparages. In this sense “protools” could be a way of saying “professional tools” (tools, of course, as in lames/geeks). Therefore he would be saying, somewhat sarcastically, to pray that the professional tools who cast aspersions on every song and act like A&Rs (as Wale so often says) agree with what the rapper’s saying/how he’s saying it.
