From where the only place democracy's acceptable

from Immortal Technique – 3rd World Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

Most likely refers to Washington supporting a coup in Iran that overthrew a democratic government. Immortal Technique refers to American support of terrorists in other songs on this album.

The new government instated was an extremist Islamic government, but more importantly it was pro-America.

Also refers to the USA policy of only accepting a democratic movement away from an oppressive regime if the country in question intends to elect a pro-USA candidate, who will in turn allow the USA to continue to dictate local economic policy.

In keeping with the pattern of wartorn regions referred to throughout the song, I believe that this line accounts for the Middle East. Throughout the Middle East, the United States has a history of propping up ruthless dictators for reason ranging from natural resource interests and security interests for Israel. Dictators like Saddam, Gaddafi, Ben Ali, Saleh, and Mubarak have all had close relationships with the US at one point or another. Considering that this album was released in 2008, however, I believe that this line may refer to the elections held in the Gaza strip. The elections were monitored by the UN and Jimmy Carter and were supported by the US. However, after the results showed that Hamas had won by a landslide, the entire Gaza strip suffered from sanctions, blockade, and war.

This refers to too many incidents to list, in addition to the suggestions above and original description this could also be a reference to the CIA helping overthrow the democratically elected leaders of Guatemala (because United Fruit Company, now Chiquita, was upset their president wouldn’t give them more land), Iran (because their president Mossdeq nationalized oil) and Chile (Salvador Allende) during the cold war.
