My Aunt Pam can't put them cigarettes down
So now my little cousin smokin them cigarettes now
His job try to claim that he too niggerish now
Is it cause his skin blacker than licorice now
I can't figure it out, I'm sick of it now

from Kanye West (Ft. Adam Levine) – Heard 'Em Say Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

Because of his aunt, now his cousin is around smoking and will pick up second hand smoke or start smoking himself. Then the job says he’s “too black” for the job (too niggerish), just because of his skin being “darker than licorice”. It doesn’t make sense and he’s sick of all this racism

Too niggerish implies not only darkness of skin, but a general lack of intelligence and sophistication. Kanye means, because his cousin’s skin is “darker than licorice,” he is “too niggerish,” or in other words, unintelligent and uncouth, and therefor, not qualified to work.
