Its Kanye, but some of my plaques, they still say Kayne
Kanye was winning plaques before he was a household name in production or rapping — peep “Izzo (H.O.V.A.).” He is saying how he was dominant before everyone knew his name, and was recieving awards that spelled his name as “Kayne.”
In fact, President George Bush referred to him once as “Kanway West.”
And yes, this is the correct line. Before you comment anything you think we haven’t heard, he does not say plastics.
