Given his rather rough childhood, he doesn’t view himself as someone in a position to receive (i.e. wide receiver) the same types of chances that more affluent people have. Therefore, with his plan to “move with aggression”, he’ll seize opportunities, similar to the way a cornerback (who is never purposely the target of a pass) often baits quarterbacks into making dangerous throws (“use my mind as a weapon”). He’ll manage to put himself into positions to be successful. Nice job of tying in the song’s title through rhyme scheme. .
