I do it for the hood like a parka
A parka is a type of hooded winter jacket — Lupe protects the hood like a parka protects a person from the elements
Lupe pronounces the line “i do it for (fur) the hood like a parka”, which is a clever play on words since parkas often have fur hoods
He says “shivering” in the next line, further extending the wordplay
Also a possible allusion to the show, “The Parkers” which was known for being quite “hood.” Kanye alludes to the show in a line from Retirement (Gil Scott-Heron Tribute).
