Went home to his lady, these were his confessions
"Baby you a blessin' and my best friend"
In conjunction with the previous line, after he declines sex with another woman, he then goes home to confess to his lady what happened, and then praises her.
This could also be in reference to Usher’s “Confessions” album and songs of the same name — parts one and two. In those songs, Usher admits to his lover of being unfaithful and takes full responsibility of his mistakes.
