My hands dirt, my face clean
Comitting crimes is considered as doing ‘dirt’ as you hear many rappers say in songs e.g. Torch. So he uses this metaphorically and says that his hands are dirty (due to the crimes he has comitted) and his face is clean meaning that he doesnt mean actual mud dirt is on his face otherwise his face would be dirty too. Also you could interpret the ‘my face clean’ bit as he does not do his own dirt himself he pays people to do his ‘dirt’ for him (which is considered to be more gangster). Basically his ‘dirt’ means dirty work.
