I’ll Joe Pesci any fool while drinking that Popov
That’s cause I’m a Goodfella
In “Good Fellas” (1990) Joe Pesci plays Tommy DeVito, a violent mobster who is easily provoked into brutally beating people. These lines specifically referenced when Tommy shot and killed the kid serving them drinks in a back room while they play poker
Also, the reference to Popov seems to be a satire on the tendency of mainstream hip hop artists to reference the most expensive alcohol brand, such as Cristal, Grey Goose, and Patron. Popov is pretty much the cheapest vodka you can buy, and it comes in a plastic bottle.
