They standing in line, they all suffer from vapors

from Rick Ross – MMG Untouchable Lyrics on Rap Genius

People who used to hate him now line up to see him. “Vapors” is a term that describes taking a newfangled and opportunistic liking to someone only after that person became successful. The term first entered the rap lexicon in Biz Markie’s 1988 The Vapors. Those who used to turn up their noses “catch the vapors” of fame and flyness and change their tune.

“Vapors” is also an archaic diagnosis of dizzyness, fainting, etc. Interestingly, the vapors can be triggered by standing for too long.
