Meek takes days off on Mondays while counting the amount of money he made, which most people would envy. He spends the rest of the week rapping and making more money, then the coming Monday, he counts again, and so on.

Personally, I feel that this line means that Meek Mill and his endeavours are so profitable that he can make $100,000 just on monday alone. Then, from there, he has enough liquid assets to ball out for exactly one week, blowing all of his cash (presumably at the clubs, popping bottles and doing expensive drugs and what not) during that time. Then, although he surely has money diversified in various accounts and investments, he needs to buckle down the following monday to make another 100K so that he can ball out yet again for 7 days and 7 nights.
