She is warning people that they better not “play her” i.e. try to use her or betray her in some way. Women are generally portrayed as needing comfort so the “don’t come here baby” directly refutes this assumption of neediness and lower status. She has to worry that people will not like her because the only way to be guaranteed that as a woman is to “smile and behave” … not exactly Beyonce’s style although she is good at it.
