She represents the stereotype of society that says black men can’t be successful. But in reality, they can be. Hov points to himself, Martin Luther King Jr., and possibly Barack Obama as evidence. The success of black people isn’t a dream anymore.

Also, he is referring back to Jay Electronica’s original reference to the “return of the black kings.”
