And there was even an unsuccessful attempt to create a smoking-allowed airline. Although technically you can be charged with a felony, you usually get a $5000 fine if caught smoking, which for Officer Ricky is peanuts. Though I doubt he pays the fine with his card, as he’s always carrying big wads of cash.

However, private jets are not covered by the federal ban, and companies chartering jets allow it on selected aircraft. So, Rozay, if you really make as much money as you say, just buy your own plane, pay the extra so you can smoke on your rental, or ask Weezy to lend you one of his.
