Back 10 fried worms chubbier

from Aesop Rock – Zero Dark Thirty Lyrics on Rap Genius

Aesop is basically saying that he’s gained some experience and learned some things (10 worms chubbier). He’s definitely referencing the book below, but I think a lot of peeps are missing something very simple here. Aesop’s first album was called “Music For Earthworms”, where he was unsigned. With that in mind, He’s had a total of 10 major releases not counting singles (LP’s & EP’s)

  1. Music For Earthworms 1997
  2. Appleseed 1999
  3. Float 2000
  4. Labor Days 2001
  5. Daylight 2002
  6. Bazooka Tooth 2003
  7. Fast Cars, Danger, Fire & Knives 2005
  8. None Shall Pass 2007
  9. All Day Nike + Original Run 2007
  10. Skelethon 2012

ACCEPTED COMMENT (Courtesy of JimmyPat): “How to Eat Fried Worms” is a children’s book by Thomas Rockwell that was published in 1973. The story is about a 10 year old boy who, for $50, was dared to eat 15 worms in fifteen days.
