Smell of brimstone back from Hell again
Next verse gets worse from God's son to Devil's sin
This song is a diss track aimed at 50 Cent, and as the song progresses Nas gets more and more aggressive with his disses, to the point where, in the next verse he is going to be so aggressive, it is going to be like he came out of Hell with the sole purpose of destroying 50. He follows this with the God’s Son line which could have two meanings:
A reference to Nas' nick name of God’s Son, he is going to diss 50 so hard it is going to be like Satan’s original sin when he dissed Adam and got kicked out of heaven.
It also sounds like he is saying Devil’s Son which is a reference to the late Big L’s nick name; Big L was famous for being one of the greatest battle (and diss) rappers of all time, so Nas is going into full battle rap mode.
