First trip to prison, a lesson, second was just a nuisance

T.I. went to prison and he’s saying it was a lesson, to not do what he did again. The second time he was arrested for a drug charge 11 months after his release for his first sentence, so he’s saying it was a nuisance. You’re supposed to learn fro your mistakes, but ending up in jail again shows that T.I made the same mistakes, and must be pretty annoyed at this point.
