Cunt Lyrics

[Verse - Syd tha Kyd]

Oh yeah, this for the freaks
Aye, aye, ayee
How ya feelin' tonight, oh how ya feelin' tonight girl
Yes, yes

Said I just wanna love ya baby, ayee, said I just wanna love ya baby
You're just the finest in the world, girl
Just wanna love ya baby
Tell me why

Definitely the hottest
Why you gonna be a cunt, shawty
All I wanna do is love ya' babe, why you gotta be a cunt for
Tell me why

Girl
Why you being all
I just wanna love ya baby
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
(Low Vocals *singing*)

Just wanna love ya baby, Why, why you being all, why you gotta be a cunt for, I'm just being honest with you
Yeah

About

Genius Annotation

This is the 4th song off Purple Naked Ladies. This song doesn’t have much lyrical content because it was about the beat more than the song itself. In a documentary about the making of Purple Naked Ladies Syd and Matt discuss the song specifically:

MATT:

Not in any way comparing ourselves to Stevie Wonder but…the chord progressions, how it’s layered, how it’s arranged and the way it’s sung you’re definitely going to be reminded of Stevie Wonder

SYD:

Then we’ve put all these random affects in it…we’d slow it down to like 30bpm then bring it back up out of nowhere type shit

So while the lyrics did play a role in the feel of this track it was secondary to what was happening with the sound and the beat.
