However in this context, it’s more likely a reference to Wu-Tang as a whole, with Deck calling them the new Rat Pack.
Moreover, an alley cat is not always a cat. It’s a name for someone who would be found in an alley doing various illegal activities. They’re usually not strong, or they’d be in a house not a dirty place between 2 buildings.
So combining these two, Wu-Tang is flattening any weak shit on the streets of Shaolin (Staten Island) or any other part of New York.
