Youngin don't make my sales rise
I shoot you out ya Chuckers
A double entendre
“sales rise” Refers to how much the public admires a rapper who is what he claims to be in a song. Pusha’s sales would rise because he has the ability to end someone’s life on the streets literally (through the distribution of cocaine and shooting them) as well as metaphorically (on the verse). Also, if another dealer dies, the competition lessens, and Pusha’s sales will rise.
“cells rise” as in blood cells, or high blood pressure. If this youngin' gets Pusha too mad, he’ll have to deal with him somehow.
The “Chuckers” refer to the popular Chuck Taylor Basketball shoes, which are popular among young people.
