See me stuntin' so Conde Nasty
Conde Nast is associated with many high-class, high-fashion things, given the publications they run (W, Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker). CG is just as fly as Conde in the sense that he too is high-class and high-fashion.
This also ties back to the line earlier in this verse “Magazines got black faces when somebody dies”. CG thinks its notable that he can stunt on these high-class magazines while still alive; he did an interview with GQ (owned by Conde Nast Publications) a few months before Royalty dropped (see here: http://www.gq-magazine.co.uk/entertainment/articles/2012-01/10/donald-glover-childish-gambino-interview)
