I be down for a Cudi but I ain't playing that
She is talking about hip-hop artist Kid Cudi, and songwriter/producer Plain Pat. The phrase “aint playing that” is actually “aint Plain Pat.” Plain Pat works with Kid Cudi on a lot of his songs. Azealia is saying here that she is open to the idea of sleeping with Kid Cudi. Her mention of Plain Pat suggests that although she would have sex with Kid Cudi, she would not sleep with Plain Pat, the songwriter and producer that helped Cudi rise to fame. Alternatively, this lyric could mean that similarly to Plain Pat, she likes Cudi.
