Culture vultures' sculptures, nature nurture
Alright so Heems is talking about “culture vultures' sculptures”, which are the children raised (sculpted) by high class families (culture vultures) to be “high class”, but he dismisses this somewhat with a quick reference to the whole nature versus nurture debate. Having grown up in a family affluent enough to send him to school in NYC, maybe he speaks from experience? Or maybe I am speaking from my ass.
