He’s lashing out at everything, a common reaction for someone experiencing the death of a loved one. He blames everyone for her death, from the shooter, to the building she spent her last moments in. And he especially blames his native Somalia for allowing the death of innocent people, in this case the girl he loved, to become the norm.
He refers to himself in the last line…‘feelin for persevering’ is left open for our interpretation…
