Also possibly an interesting play on words: the earlier mentions of being in the “back of that bitch”, “but break” and “asphalt” (ass fault).
Reference to the line before it. He only calls a girl a hoe/bitch if she truly is one, and by doing so hes showing who she really is underneath all the fake exterior she displays to the rest of the world.
Also note that a garden hoe is used to break the ground to allow plants to grow. Plants don’t grow on asphalt however so this could be a reference to a poem by one of his favorite rappers, 2Pac, called The Rose That Grew From Concrete.
