“Trojans” is both a reference to the Trojan Horse of Greek mythology (continued in the next line) and the well-known brand of condoms.

“Horses gallop to her throne” is a reference to aforementioned Trojans — or rather, the lack thereof during sex. The “horses” are sperm “galloping” towards an egg inside his girl
