The person speaking to Kendrick was telling him to get a large amount of liquor and take it to the head, face first, or “dive in it”. Peer pressure can also drive someone to drink more than they physically can.
He uses hyperbole to highlight the ridiculousness of some people’s consumption of alcohol.
The way Kendrick pronounces “dive” sounds a lot like “die” (“and you diiii(ve) in it”). It corresponds with “death by sinking in a pool drunk” idea.

The Target Deluxe Edition of this album includes a track called “County Building Blues” about the 1992 Rodney King riots. Rodney King drowned in a swimming pool earlier this summer and the autopsy showed he had alcohol in his blood….
