I wave a few bottles then I watch em all flock
In today’s society, many young women just want to party and get fucked up. They are easily manipulated by the presence of alcohol and will often use it as an excuse to lose self respect and do things they probably shouldn’t be doing. These women will assemble or ‘“flock.” to the nearest man who has a few bottles for the ladies.
Often the man in the club with bottle service gets all the attention from the ladies which leads to the “baywatch” reference in the following line because they run towards him.
Metaphorically, the physical action of “waving” while in a pool is a sign for life guard to come rescue you. Therefore, Kendrick is mentioning his divergence from our generation’s ways of drowning their problems.
His wordplay with flock could also refer to sheep, how he began drinking by chasing after fake dreams to fit in with the crowd, like sheep to a shepherd.
