The song samples Maze and Frankie Beverly’s “Happy Feelin’s” and I believe part of the hook interpolates lyrics from Lionel Richie’s “Dance the Night Away”

By now, Eminem had engaged in beef with Ja Rule and he started off by lacing the D12 debut album with direct responses. Devil’s Night had great buzz and Ja is metaphorically saying that he figuratively gets hotter than the scrubs(D12) by literally firing off on em and the heat emission from his gun is burning up from dropping all 6 of them.

Nice little double entendre. First let’s explain the situation of when girls who aren’t romantically attracted to certain men put them in the friend zone(“cousin”) and thus equating your relationship to that of family ergo no thought of ever slipping into a late night escapade but fun to be around.

He’s saying that almost no female wants Cappadona as a friend only, only about as many as he can count on his hand(less than 12) dont want that FWB status.

He’s also referring to the superfluous gambling term hard dozen, since a 12 can only be rolled hard(6-6). A dozen is often a rare bet in craps because of not only the difficulty to obtain such a roll but it requires betting against the shooter(who gets the rest of the possible rolls, 2-11) to gain the most profit and even then most games only award a push and not actual profit.

So Don basically saying, it’s extremely rare to find any female who disapproves of his rep and doesn’t want to gain those extra benefits.

Here Warren G explains how this song came to be. He was recording with Pac on a different track and the rest of Thug Life came to tell them about Kato’s death in Detroit(in an attempted robbery when he was borrowing Big Syke’s decked out car) and they produced this record on the spot.

The new age foreign rim styles, (after they moved on from Daytons and Vogues), where the rims ride normally 20 inches and higher and when driven, give the illusion of fracturing sunlight as if the light was being passed through revolving door of knives/saws/metal blades.

Why you only explain one word?

Buck is a term used by hunters to describe leather and wood natural camouflage. Southern artists flipped the term to describe car interiors fitted out with leather seats and wood grain panelling.

Actually, Biggie was in North Carolina when Puff sent him a plane ticket and the day after he left the crack house was raided by the feds and everyone got hit with federal RICO charges.

Since he mentions Virginia, I assume G'Town is referring to Washington DC where Georgetown University is located. South DC was one of the roughest areas in the 80’s and at a point had the highest murder rate. I believe Alpo Martinez and Richie Porter often ran business back and forth from DC to NYC
