over-stand is commonly used as slang for the word “understand” in A.O.T.P.’s (and their respective sub-group’s) music, really, it means to understand something but to also realize that there is deeper meaning to it, meaning you would over-understand it.
Then the sweet second half of the line. “You’re soft” as in an underhanded pitch which wouldn’t be as hard or as fast as an overhanded pitch, but under-handed pitches are also used in softball, versus overhanded pitches used in regular baseball.
