This verse speaks of the relationship between white Christian settlers and brown/black pagan natives, from the point of view of the former. I think it might be a stretch to see any part of this song as a critique of Hip-Hop in general.
A priest attempts to exercise a demon from a native, and writes a message about the native people and their religion that he attaches to a church door. The latter half of the verse is what he writes in the message.
