Bailey’s Irish Cream is a mix of Irish vodka and a cream liqueur.

This is simply an embellished callback to the “drunk every day” line.

Akinyele was a rapper who was last active in the 90s and early Oughts. He was known best or his sexually explicit lyrics, most notably in the song “Put It In Your Mouth”.

More simply, Big Chief is a super-villian, but has the testicular fortitude to not feel the need to pull punches by hiding behind any sort of front.

Khan’s music that gets posted over at DJBooth.Net very, very, very rarely gets a negative review.

And for that matter, I don’t think I’ve ever downloaded something from DJ Booth that I didn’t end up loving.

Khan’s fed up with how superficial and uninspired most rap lyrics are nowadays.

This line is Khan’s way of mocking the mentality of advertisers and PR execs at major record labels.

Khan’s of Jewish heritage, and so putting him on stage in this:

would be about as stereotypical as it gets.

Fiddler On The Roof is a Broadway show that was adapted into a film, which was itself based on a fictionalized memoir called Tevye and his Daughters. The story follows Tevye, who struggles to stay true to his Jewish roots while Grand Duke Ivan IV’s annexing of Russia starts to affect his everyday life.)

This is one of my favorite Khan lines, because of on how many different levels it works.

The House of Medici was a royal house and banking company in late-14th century Italy. One of the things that house Medici’s members were known for is being patrons of the fine arts, mostly after Giovanni di Bicci de' Medici.

Also serves as a callback to the assembly line bar, as the Bank of Medici was founded on profits from manufacturing.

Most likely a shot at the less discriminating fans. Y'know, the ones that don’t know the difference between Ice Cube and Vanilla Ice?

Possibly also a reference at people calling good raps ‘heat.’ Soul Khan might be saying people don’t know what good raps are

Add a suggestion

A really clever double entendre.

Manuel is a variation of Emmanuel or Immanuel, a Hebrew name meaning “God Is With Us” which in this context is most likely a reference to Khan’s Jewish heritage.

Khan is from just outside of LA originally and given California’s relatively high concentration of Hispanic people it’s probably a safe bet he had a friend named Manuel. This interpretation plays into the next line.

Believe it or not, you don’t have to claim to live Edge. You can just, y'know, not do that shit.

Maybe edit to show that he pronounces Jehovah as Jay-hova for the purpose of the rhyme.

For something to consider to adding to the description, the beat sounds exactly like “An End Once and For All” from the Mass Effect 3 OST.

"Cause you stink like a fart / Well I'll light your fart o..." (Froggy Fresh – The Baddest) | rejected

Is it? I thought it was “light your fight on fire with my RIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA”

@Alethea First of all, stop it. Just stop it. There is no god, devil or illuminati.

Marshall Mathers is Eminem. Shady is an alternate personality of Eminem.

Everything is literal.

Let’s recount the fucked-up shit that Em has done just
According to this song.

Has murdered a man by using a snake’s venom,
by biting the shit out of them and slapping him with
his logo.

Aditionally, he also recorded audio of him murdering Kim,
shot up a packed stadium, was raped while he had one arm and
was locked in Mariah Carrey’s basement.

No, but really. This entire verse is Em contemplating
whether Shady is really who he is and whether Shady was
totally responsible for his career.
