To add, the Music Industry playing “a part in this devilish game” is not necessary promoting some conspiracy theory concerning a secret society from hundreds of ago. It’s a metaphor that the Industry, in a sense, blinded younger generations today with messages that distract the youth from the real issues, or problems with in most folks' minds, a fucked up world.

Agreed to the previous contributor but to add, Hopsin most likely experienced what an “awkward black guy” would have experienced in their youth, before their young adulthood. It’s that sense of not catering to the ole' stereotype that has been promoted and the like from mainstream Hip Hop artists over the Years.

To be more precise, this line is typically referring to the notion of what most Hip Hop artists, whom are independent, on the reason why they stay within the game, the Music Industry.
