“Ass On Your Shoulders” is Busta Rhymes' first collaboration with popular West Coast artist Kokane, who was on albums such as Dr. Dre’s 2001. It appears on Busta Rhymes 2001 studio album, Genesis. The track, like the previous song, is very sexually explicit, only this time we don’t have an interesting twist like the last one.

On the re-press of Genesis, this song was completely removed, and all the other tracks were moved up a spot to make way for the new track 20, “Pass The Courvoisier Part II”. Therefore, the skit at the end of “Wife In Law” to lead into this track was removed, and the skit on the end of this track was added to the end of “Wife In Law” instead.

On streaming versions of this album, both this song and “Pass The Courvoisier Part II” are part of the tracklist, making it 21 tracks long on streaming.
