He’s describing different types of gangsters in his hood associating them with different types of monkeys hence the title (monkey barz). Ex: baboons with big bucks or gorillas with gats meaning they stay strapped where he’s from. also gorilla could be a reference to guerrilla which are factions or small armies generally organized by civilians.

P is in a group called the boot camp clik, the people saying that his group is wack are mostly kids who can’t or don’t know a lot about rap.
