Good suggestion, Pigg, but I think CG’s talking more about moving drugs (as in, pushing them, carrying them around safely from one place to the next) than about shitting them out. I think you’re stretching here.
This is a callback to the mobster line in verse 1: “Tommy’s up at the enemy,” meaning “Get your Tommy guns up and aim them at the enemy.”

“21st century” is also a reference to “21st Century Schizoid Man” by King Crimson, which Kanye samples in this song.
