If time is money, then we all really broke.
And if time is money, why is there poor old fokes
And it time is money, why don't I write birthday note?
If time was money, I could bring you back to life with my coat,
And I ain't talking bout the price bracket, Femi Jaye (Ft. Tremaine Jr) – Oh yeah [Snow remix] 11

Chance is referring about the whole song itself, its a mixture of his pure intent and his exotic taste in music AKA the fruit. The last line is a comparison to this song again, just like when you drink really good juice you get thirsty after a while and want to drink the juice again, once you hear this song you literally want to listen to Juice again!
i agree with the explanation but i think the “half a pill” is a catalyst for the person calling his baby mama to apologize, not the cause for more negative action. because we have to look at like in relation to the whole story andre is telling. The “half a pill” spurs him to apologize then when the affects wore off hence the later line “round the time the dope wear off, you feel stupid” because right now it doesn’t make sense for him to feel stupid after he call when the drugs wear off
other way round i think
His comparing this smooth song and the topic of feeling bad about past mistakes to taking some sort of drug. “Half a pill” probably means that the drugs have taken affect but you are still is a decent state of mind to make a phone call to you baby mama (in this context the person Andre is talking about isn’t currently with the baby mama). Sometimes drugs make you think enough and spur you to do things you didn’t have the courage to do like say sorry to someone who you have wrong.
and sometimes they just mess you up
Common is referring to the famous Frank Ocean letter to his fans, where Frank Ocean admits that the first person he fell in love with was a man, (Pink Matter sounds completely different to you now, doesn’t it)
Common compares his verse about the Illuminati to Frank Ocean’s letter, a message that deals with a very delicate situation
Double meaning, his dream (His dreams of being a singer and his actual dreams) are both going to “kiss it” (die) because he is tired of this situation and can’t sleep, there fore his actual dreams and his life dream will both die
