Grandma – Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F
- Get a baking pan with enough room for 30 medium cookies
- Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs, beating after each addition
- Beat mix into flour and stir in chips
- Drop by the tablespoon onto pan
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes
