Also, Redman infamously used some screwy math in a line on KRS-ONE’s 5 Boroughs.

He is applying the same idea of getting more than the Source’s classic album denoting five mic rating with much less than an album. In fact he is claiming a Mike/mic per line in just one song. A 16 mic rating for a 16! Each line is inspired by or based on a different famous Mike, but the lyrics also tell a story on they’re own.
