They will give you their word about things
But it will be an over exaggeration

And they never work to achieve their goals

Many work against you with devious things
And it was hard for some to realize
God was behind me, so I got wise
And played, the games they played and kept my drive
No matter how nice I was though
They returned evil for good, that much I know
And we were in the hood cause the money came in slow
When all of my enemies surrounded me, oh
I stood my ground and held it down
With 3 of my real friends who even chilled with me
When times were hard, no assassination of my character
No hating cause we all broke barriers
Of our own
Through it, all exaggeration was gone

So stop drinking, smoking, and throwing your life away

Get better habits
And strive to be the best at it

No more over exaggeration
No assassination
No hating
