I ain’t no gangster 2 Lyrics

[ HOOK ]

I ain't, ain't,ain't no gangster

But if you come in ma way am a total bastard

I ain't, ain't, ain't no gangster

I ain't no gangster BYATCH!

[VERSE 1]:

Am a rap master with this distinction

I rap about no gangsters, no drug addiction

Call me a bastard, a wankster, a prankster

But whatever you call me, I ain't no gangster (No)

When the beat's on I go restless

The only ice I have on is my necklace

I lived some real strives, but I never lived the street life
I do like graffiti, I think it's art!

Screw whoever says it's vandalism, no bitches if it was

It wouldn't be in galleries and exhibitions

Another thing to block your criticism

Lines, lines, slash, slash, I rhyme for no dimes, no cash

I don't wanna be all lavish, rap is

Just a way in which I manage to send you all a message

Here's an illustration to justify

Eminem raps about his life situations, so do I

He goes serious, sometimes hilarious, he has no gangsta swagger

That's why he is my favorite rapper

[HOOK]

[Verse 3]:
Sometimes I may cheat, and bullshit you

You won't find me on the streets cause am busy on my PS2 (haha)

I ain't no comedian, don't laugh yo

Am just a talented senior reppin' Cairo, Ohhhhhh

I'll just rap till ma face wrinkles

Get some chicks and a car to pimp with

Shift the gears and fly

Drink no beer and still get high

Oh and if I cursed on this song, it was just ma anger

The beat maybe proves me wrong, but I ain't no gangster

[Outro]:

I ain't no gangster, I ain't no wankster neither, am just a regular rap guy

Put ya hands up for the regular rap guy, Mist

About

Genius Annotation

Coming up into the underground rap scene, Mist realized there were too many gangster rappers and too many POSER gangster rappers either spitting about being shot, shooting at some one, buying drugs or selling drugs to someone

In order to separate himself to the public from that stereotype, Mist decided to lay it plain, direct and simple on a southern styled banging beat, that he was no gangster, neither he was tryna act like one cause he’s rapping

On this song, he is clarifying for the fans exactly why is he behind the mic doing what he does

On the side note many people mistake Mist’s 2nd nickname Triple G for ‘'Triple Gangster’‘, however the triple G’s here are for the 3 G’s in Mist’s family name Aggag!
