There’s no denying that Snoop went in real hard on Dr. Dre’s Deep Cover:

From the beginning to the end, birth to death, when you’re living in the hood life is never easy. You’ve got to hustle, have street smarts, and be willing to work harder than anyone else to get paid.

Gucci refers to someone he has formerly beefed with, Jay-Z, to talk about how he used to sell drugs. The Jigga man notoriously sold crack cocaine on the streets of New York before making it in the music industry.

The windows on his red Dodge Charger are tinted real dark. The soowoo is a reference to the bloods, a notorious gang, who are known to use the color red to show their allegiance.

Another reference to the crips

Snoop’s never made his Crip allegiance secret. He was part of the Long Beach Rollin 20 crip set and has mentioned the gang in a bunch of different songs he’s done.

From California Vacation:

Uncle Snoopy is it true you from that 20 gang?
All the time neph', I gotta let my nuts hang

From Drop it Like it’s Hot

I keep a blue flag hanging out my backside
But only on the left side, yeah that’s the Crip side

When tip walks into the dealership it’s not just for one car. he’s liable to blow a few million and buy half of the goddamn lot.

And who can blame him when he’s gotta buy his girl one too?

Five, six, rides with rims and a body kit
Ya ain’t gotta downgrade, you can get what I get

Fuck the fame, tip’s just as ready to make his money off the aforementioned guns and drugs as is he on his record deal. There’s also something to be said for remaining anonymous too, rappers like T.I. are swamped by fans almost every time they step outside.

T.I. aint lying either. He was arrested in 2007 on charges of possession of 3 unregistered machine guns and 2 silencers. So he really might have a duffel bag full of tools, or guns. Yay is slang for cocaine — so Tip is letting all the listeners know that he still has guns and drugs he’s tryna sell.

"The common theme see they both got wings / If you fly, do..." (Pusha T – Numbers On The Boards) | rejected

Subliminal shot at Drake? Drizzy, on the hook to Page’s I’m Still Fly said:

I’m still fly I’m sky high and I dare anybody to try and cut my wings

Maybe Push is telling Drake that he’s flying too close to the sun and is due for a crash. It wouldn’t be the first time Pusha has fired shots at Drake and the whole Young Money crew; both Exodus 23:1 and Doesn’t Matter contain a lot of subliminals aimed at the group.

"Straight out the fucking dungeons of rap" (Nas – N.Y. State of Mind) | accepted

This being Nas' first studio album, he was making a change from being an ‘underground rapper’ to… well not necessarily mainstream, but famous

Sounds somewhat similar to Romeo & Juliet being ‘Starcross’d Lovers’

"Death is just a U-turn away / Two men ten paces then you ..." (Pusha T – Doesn't Matter) | accepted

Also by saying that death is just a U-Turn away, Pusha’s saying that he would have to make a complete reversal from the direction he’s heading in right now, which is further and further into stardom

"Hammer on my side like I work in construction" (Lil Wayne – Goulish (Pusha T Diss)) | accepted

Although you’ve got to question the usefulness of keeping unloaded guns on you. Wayne is already on probation, and could face another lengthly stay in prison if caught with a firearm on him.

"Lost 100 large on the last time we sent it" (Pusha T – Road Runner) | pending

Could be referring to the incident where Pusha T and The Clipse’s ex-manager Tony Gonzales was sentenced to 32 years in prison for running a huge cocaine and marijuana distribution ring the the Norfolk/Hampton Roads VA area.
Push is saying the payment for the last shipment they sent out was never received because the whole operation fell apart around them.

"There's a meaning to the kissin' of the ring / The gods d..." (Pusha T – Doesn't Matter) | accepted

Most of this verse can be seen as a message to YMCMB. Pusha’s a G.O.D to Wayne’s crew of mortals. He’s not worried about any weapons that they threaten to use, and why would the best in the game be worried about your ‘horrible’ diss records?

"And I'm a big dog, he got the lil' boy complex" (Gucci Mane – Truth (Not a Jeezy Diss)) | accepted

Relating to the last line: Keyshia Cole told Gucci that Jeezy’s man-parts were nothing in comparison to Gucci Mane’s.

"[Hook] / It's coming clear I've noticed / It's a differen..." (Pusha T – Only You Can Tell It) | accepted

In an interview with Miss Info, Pusha T said he begged Kanye for this beat

"Stackin' mine, nigga ye high / Standin' on it like a pede..." (Pusha T – Only You Can Tell It) | accepted

One more meaning: he’s getting similar amounts of money to what his boss (and song’s producer) Kanye “‘Ye” West
