Hell: The Sequel

Bad Meets Evil

About “Hell: The Sequel”

See you in hell for the sequel

The near-decade return of Eminem and Royce Da 5'9", with Hell: The Sequel—an album released by Interscope Records and Shady Records (Eminem’s record label) through Amazon, Apple Music, and Spotify on June 14, 2011. A ‘Deluxe’ version was also released on the same day with two additional songs, “Living Proof” and “Echo”.

At the time, Royce’s rap supergroup, Slaughterhouse signed to Shady Records (along with Yelawolf.) Royce originally grabbed Em for the first single off of Success Is Certain, “Writer’s Block”, and they created a whole project out of being in the studio making songs for fun.

The two leaks, “Living Proof” and “Echo”, were changed to bonus tracks. On the main tracks, we still have guest appearances from Bruno Mars, Claret Jai, Slaughterhouse and Mike Epps. The production is handled by D12’s Mr. Porter, Mobb Deep’s Havoc, Supa Dups, Eminem himself, Bangladesh, The Smeezingtons and Battle Roy.
