Beach House’s fourth full length LP and longest work to date is a true masterwork.

After the release of their acclaimed Teen Dream (which would eventually be cited as one of the greatest dream pop albums of its time), there was a lot of pressure to make an album worthy of its predecessor.

However, they proved they had even more potential to boast with this hazy, extended performance of some of the finest dream pop songs, taking elements from that of the Cocteau Twins.
