Man Overboard

Buck 65

About “Man Overboard”

Released in 2001 on Anticon records, Man Overboard achieved a re-release with Warner Canada in 2002 after Buck signed an incredibly lucrative distribution deal with the major label.

Buck began to explore a more personal angle on this record, with the song “Ice” opening up on the pain he experienced when his mother passed away due to cancer.

Most of the record is self-produced by Buck himself, with help from Canadian mainstay Sixtoo. It features interludes and a wide ranging musical palate.
