Daz Dillinger

About “Retaliation, Revenge and Get Back”

Released March 31st, 1998, this is Daz Dillinger’s first solo album. In 1998, Daz was one of the last artists still on Death Row. Retaliation, Revenge and Get Back marked the end of the successful Death Row “era” and was the last Death Row album with the classic G-Funk sound.

When the album was released, Daz was the head of Death Row because Suge Knight was in jail for the fight caused in Las Vegas the night of 2Pac’s death.

The album artwork is based off of the Marvin Gaye album In Our Lifetime.
