5150: Home 4 tha Sick is an EP by Eazy-E as introduction for the album Temporarily Insanity which was never released because of the beef between him and Dr. Dre. It was released on December 10, 1992 through Ruthless Records and was Eazy-E’s first release since the break-up of N.W.A.

The EP was certified Gold by the RIAA on February 9, 1993.

Promotional music videos for “Only If You Want It” and “Neighborhood Sniper” were released.
