Free Wired is the third studio album and major label debut from Far East Movement, released on October 12, 2010 via Cherrytree Records through Interscope Records. Commercially, the album reached a peak of #24 on the Billboard 200 chart, making it their highest peaking album to date.
A total of three official singles were released from the album: “Like a G6”, “Rocketeer”, and “If I Was You (OMG)”.
Commercially in the United States, “Like a G6” became the most successful single from the album, reaching the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making it their first and only single to do so. “Rocketeer” reached a peak of #7, making it their second single to appear in the top 10. “If I Was You (OMG)” did not match the same success as the previous two singles, failing to appear on the Hot 100.
