Blue Funk

Blue Funk is the fourth album by rap group Heavy D & the Boyz
The album was released on January 12, 1993 for Uptown Records. After his run with legendary producers Teddy Riley and Marley Marl, he wanted to change his sound and let others see Heavy’s diversity. He went on to work with his cousin Pete Rock, DJ Eddie F, DJ Premier , Jesse West aka 3rd Eye & Tony Dofat.
